Terms and conditions
Last updated: February 2026
By using SubmitFlow (“the service”, “the platform”) you accept the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance
Access to and use of the service (website, dashboard, form endpoints, and any related functionality) constitutes acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy. If you act on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Description of the service
SubmitFlow lets you create forms and receive responses in an inbox within the dashboard. It includes free and paid (Elite) plans, with limits on forms, submissions, and data retention according to the plan. Advanced features (redirect, webhook, email forwarding, analytics, etc.) are available depending on the plan.
3. Registration and account
To use the dashboard you must register with accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. The service may require email verification or other checks to activate or maintain access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and without abusing the infrastructure or other users. In particular, you may not: (a) send spam, malware, or illegal content through the forms; (b) exceed your plan’s usage limits (submissions, forms) by fraudulent means; (c) attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, data, or systems; (d) use the service for activities that violate applicable laws or third-party rights. Breach may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Content and data
You are responsible for the content you collect through your forms and how you use submitters’ data. You must comply with data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR) and obtain any required consent. The service acts as processor of the data it stores on your behalf as described in the privacy policy.
6. Plans and billing
The free plan is subject to the published limits (forms, submissions per month, retention). The Elite plan is a subscription (e.g. monthly) and is billed according to the chosen payment method (e.g. PayPal). Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are governed by the payment provider’s policies and what is stated in the Payments section of the dashboard. Non-renewal or cancellation means reverting to the free plan, subject to its limits (e.g. maximum number of forms).
7. Intellectual property
The service, the SubmitFlow brand, software, and site and dashboard materials are owned by the service owner or its licensors. You receive only a non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Total liability will not exceed, where applicable, the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.
9. Modifications
We may modify these terms or the service. Material changes will be communicated by notice on the site or dashboard, or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may stop using the service and, where applicable, cancel your subscription.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting the controller. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the service controller’s country. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts there, unless the law provides otherwise.
For questions about these terms, contact the service controller through the means indicated on the website or in the dashboard.
